一、FCCSDOC介紹：

2017年11月2日，美國(guó)聯(lián)邦通信委員會(huì)（FCC）官方發(fā)布消息稱(chēng)，為簡(jiǎn)化無(wú)線(xiàn)裝置設(shè)備的認(rèn)證流程和明確電子標(biāo)簽使用規(guī)范，DoC&VoC計(jì)劃正式變更為SDoC。

SDoC，即Supplier’sDeclarationofConformity，設(shè)備供應(yīng)商（注：該供應(yīng)商必須是美國(guó)當(dāng)?shù)氐墓荆?duì)符合規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或要求的設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，符合規(guī)定的設(shè)備需提供相關(guān)文件（如SDoC的聲明文件）向公眾提供證明。（SDoc認(rèn)證咨詢(xún)：）SDoC政策簡(jiǎn)化了之前繁復(fù)的FCC認(rèn)證要求，進(jìn)一步減輕了企業(yè)的負(fù)擔(dān)。

二、FCCSDoC實(shí)行日期：

FCCSDoC已在2018年11月2日全面正式實(shí)施。2017年11月2日到2018年11月2日期間過(guò)渡運(yùn)行期，在此1年的過(guò)渡期間內(nèi)，企業(yè)可繼續(xù)使用FCCVoC和DoC認(rèn)證程序或者直接使用新的FCCSDoC認(rèn)證程序均可。一年過(guò)渡期后，F(xiàn)CCSDoC認(rèn)證程序?qū)⒄教娲械腇CCVoC和DoC認(rèn)證方式。

三、FCCSDoC的變化：

-對(duì)產(chǎn)品負(fù)責(zé)人有明確要求,需要提供美國(guó)公司的聯(lián)系方式，責(zé)任方可以是進(jìn)口商或收貨人或報(bào)關(guān)行，同時(shí)2018年11月2日之后,FCCDOC和FCCVOC作廢；

-所有SDoC產(chǎn)品可以自主選擇是否標(biāo)識(shí)FCCLogo；

-我們常見(jiàn)的設(shè)備的認(rèn)證方式發(fā)生重大變化,除無(wú)線(xiàn)發(fā)射產(chǎn)品/掃描接收機(jī)/電力線(xiàn)寬帶接入/雷達(dá)探測(cè)產(chǎn)品必須要做FCCID,其他所有產(chǎn)品都可以選擇FCCID或者SDOC。

四、FCCSDoC產(chǎn)品范圍：

申請(qǐng)F(tuán)CC認(rèn)證中，F(xiàn)CCSDoC適用于普通不帶無(wú)線(xiàn)功能的產(chǎn)品，如顯示器、普通家用電器、燈具等。包含個(gè)人電腦及其周邊設(shè)備；家用電器設(shè)備；電動(dòng)工具；音視頻產(chǎn)品；燈具；玩具；安防類(lèi)產(chǎn)品等。如顯示器、鼠標(biāo)、電冰箱、電水壺、吹風(fēng)機(jī)、LED燈具、電子玩具、普通門(mén)禁等產(chǎn)品。

五、FCC標(biāo)識(shí)：

產(chǎn)品及包裝上（或說(shuō)明書(shū)）都需要FCC及IC標(biāo)識(shí)，分別要求如下：

帶無(wú)線(xiàn)遙控的產(chǎn)品上的標(biāo)識(shí)：

A發(fā)射產(chǎn)品上:IDXXXXXXXX.可以用貼紙或絲印等方式，

B接收部分的標(biāo)識(shí)如下（30MHz以下的接收器不用加貼--參考FCC15.101）：

TradeName：(品名或公司名)

ModuleNo.（產(chǎn)品型號(hào)）

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules.

Operation is su*ect to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference,and (2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

C 包裝或說(shuō)明書(shū)（或吊卡）上的標(biāo)識(shí)：

WARNING: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is su*ect to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) This device must accept any interference received,including interference that may cause undesired operation.

CAUTION: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one more of the following measures:

- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

- Increase the distance between the equipment and receiver.

- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

普通電子產(chǎn)品：

A 產(chǎn)品上的標(biāo)識(shí)（與帶無(wú)線(xiàn)遙控產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識(shí)比較，少了產(chǎn)品編號(hào)及公司名稱(chēng)）：

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is su*ect to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

B 包裝或說(shuō)明書(shū)（或吊卡）上的標(biāo)識(shí)：同帶無(wú)線(xiàn)遙控產(chǎn)品的包裝上標(biāo)識(shí)。

FCC標(biāo)識(shí)方法：

布標(biāo)、絲印移印、貼紙（貼紙必須是過(guò)膠或膠質(zhì)的,且粘貼牢固）等。

其他注意事項(xiàng)：

不準(zhǔn)貼在電池蓋等可移除的部件上，可張貼在底座等不影響外觀的位置。

包裝上標(biāo)識(shí)的文種與其他包裝文字文種對(duì)應(yīng), 產(chǎn)品上則可只要英文如彩盒是英法文的,則也需要英法文。
